* One room with one double bed.

There is one car parking in the basement, beneath the same building. Therefore, the car is safe under lock and key, and in the shadow.
--- Swimming-pool ---
It is a communal swimming-pool, shared by all neighbors of the building. However, because the building is used mainly as "second residence", it is difficult to find more than 13 - 15 apartments opened at the same time, including summer! And so, it is very strange to find the swimming-pool crowded.
Its availability uses to be totally warranted during end of spring, summer and starts of autumn. But, out of these seasons, we cannot assure its full availability.
==== PRICES POLICY ====
Web system's prices policy doesn't let us to detail the prices following the way I desire. Because of that, you can find here the explanation of prices in function of the season and the occupation:

* Stages of 1 unique day, 69€.

* During this season, the minimum stage is 1 days long, but we can reject petitions of one unique day, if we consider it can affect negatively other possibles larger stages.

==== CAUTION ====
There is a guarantee of 250€, which must be paid in cash once you have visited and checked the condition of the apartment. At the time of payment of that deposit, you will receive a receipt that justifies that payment. And, at the moment of your departure, you will be refunded with the 250€, if everything remains as expected: as you found it at your arrival. Obviously, there is no need to clean sheets nor blankets, but sweep the floor, all the kitchen trousseau in its storage place and without any garbage bag inside the apartment.
Normally, animals are allowed in the apartment, but it must be allowed expressly by me, the owner. Moreover, it is possible that a supplement of until 5€ per night was charged.
==== CLEANING POLICY ====
Final cleaning is not included, and therefore, the guest must clean the apartment before his leaving. It is not required to clean towels and linen, obviously. But, the floor swept, the tables picked-up and the kitchen tableware in "its logical place". In the case that something isn't appropriately clean, between 30€ and 40€ will be required.
Why don't we include the final cleaning? We consider that the good guests (those who really take care of the apartment and they don't dirty it) mustn't pay for the final cleaning. And we think that, until the opposite is proved, all people belong to this group. So, we prefer to help our guests to save money offering the possibility of cleaning the apartment themselves. The experience says that the most of the people prefer this way to proceed. In this way, we can keep the price lower, due to we don't charge the price of a service that the most of the guest can, and prefer, do it themselves.
==== ARRIVING TIME AND DEPARTURE TIME ====
Arriving time and departure time are both, effectively, adaptable, and so, in all moment, we will try to adapt the times to the guest's needs. But, this way to proceed doesn't oblige us accepting arriving times before than 12:30, nor accepting departure times later than 11:30.

=== Inside the apartment ===
1. The volume of our TV may disturb one's neighbor. Let us keep in mind.
2. Let's make a responsible use of water and electricity consumption, without wasting unnecessarily.
3. Remove the smell Tabao sofa is practically impossible. If you want to smoke, do it on the terrace, please.
4. Usually, pets allowed, express permission of the owner. In any case, the tenant is responsible for his comporatamiento and damage incurred shall be borne by the tenant.

1. bins located within the enclosure, or external surroundings, are not containers. Garbage bags must be placed in the containers located in the street.
2. The pool is open at any time of day, including at night. However, if you want to use the pool at night, you must take the utmost care to make as little noise as possible.

Un poco tarde - estuve dos amigos de Las Canarias en mi casa aquí durante dos semanas - pero querría dejar saber que tuve un tiempo muy bueno en Roses (St. Margarita) y en tu piso. El piso es moderna y muy limpio con un balcón grande y un visto muy bueno también.
Muchas gracias por recibir, tu y tu mujer, me tan amable. Me ha sentido muy bienvenido.
Me gusta mucho también el paisaje entre Roses, Cadaques y Llanca. Me encantaría vivir permanente en Cataluña, pero Roses y Cadaques son demasiado turístico para mi. Prefiero la tranquilidad. Voy a volver pronto para buscar a una casa para vivir.

Un lugar bellisimo von mucha calma en esta epoca del año. El piso esta muy bien, tisne todas las comodidades para pasar unos dias. El anfitrion, Raul, un encanto.
Lo unico que debo decir en negativo y que pueden modificar facilmente es lo de dejar un comprobante de la fianza asi todos quedariamos mas tranquilos.
