This quiet, spacious 2 bedroom apartment is a terrific base to explore Melbourne. It’s just 7km to the city and Swinburne University main Glenferrie campus is only 10 minutes walk away. Located in a small apartment block, it is extremely convenient to transport, cafes, reasonably priced restaurants, boutiques, parks, bike paths and main roads.
Both bedrooms have inbuilt wardrobes with hangers and draws for your clothes, comfy beds, one queen size and one single with fresh clean linen and towels provided.
Fans are provided for both the rooms & cozy electric heating in the lounge room and bedrooms, Wi-Fi & Digital TV/DVD.
The kitchen is large & is for you to use freely to cook meals. There is allocated food shelf storage space in the fridge for your food and your own cupboard to store food.
The bathroom has a large bathtub with shower over the bathtub. An outdoor balcony is available with barbecue.
Guests will have full access to all the amenities of the apartment during their stay. Amenities include: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Beds (1 x Queen & 1 x Single that can be converted into a double bed), Bathroom with separate toilet, Heaters for winter & fans for summer.

Hawthorn is one of the blue chip suburbs of Melbourne. With beautiful tree lined streets, period homes, parklands and private schools, it maintains a village feel while still being very close to the city. Saturday mornings are abuzz with people meeting for breakfast at one of the many fantastic cafes. Glenferrie Road hosts a great selection of boutique shops, restaurants and Kooyong Tennis Club.
Melbourne's famous Camberwell 2nd hand Markets on every Sunday just 5mins away if you feel like a bohemian exploration of Melbourne's fashion and shopping scene.
There is Glenferrie train station just 7 mins walk away which has express trains into the city in just 8 mins during peak hour.
There are trams 5 mins walk away that takes you straight to the city via Richmond, Melbourne Park and the MCG in less than 20 minutes.
If bike riding is your thing then there is a lovely bike path nearby which follows the Yarra River all the way into the city while avoiding any roads.
There is also a single car park on site if required.
Alternatively, the local shopping precinct is less than 5 mins walk away with everything you need, including major supermarkets.
There is a dining room table in the apartment.
The apartment is in a no through traffic street therefore is very quiet without any traffic noise. Trams are 5 min walk away & the local train station is 7 min walk.
