Welcome to the B & B Dulcis in Fundo Trastevere .
Breakfast is served from 8.30 am to 10.00 am.
The service offered is breakfast in the room.
I recall that the b & b was born as an alternative to the hotel but not a hotel. Therefore, please use caution when using hot water to prevent other guests go unchallenged.
In any case if it should in some way lacking hot water, wait about 25 minutes, the time of production.
Check-in:
• On arrival guests will have registered with the collection of identity documents, scanning and transmission, electronically, the Rome Police - Crime Division.
• After check-in and completing the Application Form, will receive the keys of the apartment, as well as those of the reserved room.
Permanence:
• The Department assumes no responsibility for personal items or valuables left unattended at home or in your room. The customer is obliged to use the safe deposit boxes supplied to the rooms.
• The reorganization of the room, unless otherwise requested by the customer, will be made every day between 10:00 am and 12:00 am.
• The bed linen and towels will be changed every 3 days stay.
• Remember not to flush toilets in tampons, sanitary napkins, cotton, condoms and hair, but use the baskets in their rooms and services.
• Guests will be able to use free but sparingly water systems, electrical and thermal placed in single rooms and bathrooms. In case of malfunction of the same Directorate is committed to restore service as quickly as possible.
• • The rooms are not allowed pets of any kind.
• There shall be no laundry service.
• • Guests will have complete freedom to return at night. It is recommended, however, the absolute respect of silence both within the home as well as in condominium common areas, with particular reference to the landing plan.
• The customer is responsible, throughout his stay, objects, furniture and furnishings in these rooms.
• In rooms is forbidden to make use of stoves or other apparatus that produce heat to prepare foods or hot drinks.
• Management reserves the sole right to expel those who fail to comply with these regulations.
Check out:
• On departure the room must be vacated no later than 11:00 am.
• All keys must be returned upon departure. In case of lost keys, the Manager will require the payment of a sum of € 50.00 equal to the cost of rebuilding a copy of all keys.
• At the start, the room must be left intact and undamaged. Any shortage or damage to objects, furniture and furnishings will be charged to the customer. In particular, the cost of remote controls is U.S. $ 30.00 each.
