This is a really new apartment. Although it's not in the down town but very near to the metro station. With the taxi from down town to the apartment you just need to pay about 10 Euro.
What not good we feel is: there is NO WIFI or INTERNET! It's really extremely inconvenient! Especially for the tourists, who want search for the route or sth. else.
Perfect located. It´s a small studio but the large terrace makes all the difference. Very well equipped kitchen, and nice large bathroom.
We had a great stay in Sevilla at Carmen's appartment!
everything was clean and nice! The owner was very helpful and recommended the best Tapas bars in the City... we Location was perfect, we had a few minutes walk to plaza de Hercules and about 10 Minutes walk to all sight seeing buildings.
This really is a great apartment. We stayed 4 nights there and loved it. The representative was there to meet us and show us the apartment and gave good advice about the area. It is a very spacious, comfortable apartment, true to the photos in the advertisement. The location is excellent. It is 3 minutes walk to the Cathedral plaza and about 2 minutes the other way to the riverside. We had no trouble finding our way around.
Highly recomend this apartment to anybody. German received my wife and I and was 100% available and help us everytime we needed.
The location is good, 10 mins walk to the cathedral! The apartment is clean and confortable, with good wi-fi.
We booked this quite last minute so were uncertain about the arrangements to get the key. We were relieved to find German waiting for us at the door. The apartments are fresh and newly decorated. Our second floor place looked over the noisy, narrow street as well as the narrower side street. On the nearby Plaza Alameda de Hercules, there are many restaurants and bars, very nice. The linens are good, the shower is great. There is a washer and dryer available on the second floor landing, with soap. As these are new rentals, they are still fine tuning the facilities. It would be nice to see kitchen towels, a full length mirror, a few more hooks for backpacks, towels, coats, etc. On departure, we were unable to arrange for key drop-off and final payment, but assume they got it.
We loved this apartment! It was spacious, very clean and check in process was smooth and friendly! The big surprise was this apartment's amazing location! We were steps away from the bridge (foot friendly) which lead right into the historic city center. We loved that this apartment was in the Triana district, famous for beautiful, affordable pottery....I highly recommend the large pottery store which you can see from the balcony of the living room. Yougurt shop directly underneath apartment was great for our kids each night. Recycle stations were super close which we appreciated! There is a lovely market to the left with delicious croissants and lots of fresh fruit....little advice for Americans who are used to pinching the fruit...don't do it here....just admire the display and let the shopkeeper choose the fruit for you from behind the counter. We got snapped at : ) Be advised to bring your OWN shampoo, soap, blowdryer. This was probably the only downside. We traveled by air, so we weren't carrying shampoos, etc and had to buy low quality supplies at the dime store. Otherwise perfect stay!
Thank you for the fantastic apartment in the wonderful city of Seville!
Those looking for a place to relax for a day or two on a hectic tour of the region, will love this place. An amazing place with very friendly hosts. Don't miss out on the best Sangria ever made at the local pub just around the corner!
Terrible value for money, even discounted. The apartment itself is ok, the marble floor is kind of fun, but it's not very comfy and it lacks plenty of little things that make a place homely (no internet, no coffee machine, no kettle...). It is a lot smaller than indicated, that is the 145 square metres include the terrace, which has a nice view but is quite windy. It is indeed well located, the neighbourhood is very charming and it's directly opposite the Casa Cuesta, a fantastic place to eat in the evening.
The service is absolutely terrible, after having anounced our arrival time 2 days in advance, we called an hour earlier while on the road and got told we would have to wait an hour because the host couldn't make it to the apartment in time. We had our 4-month old baby with us so it was pretty much out of the question. Fortunately the cleaning lady could wait for us in the apartment and give us a key. Thumbs up for the cleaning lady, she was very nice and helpful!
So we never met our host, which might have been for the best as I was quite pissed of.
